1. Be honest about who you are. Anyone found to be signing up as someone else will have their account disabled. Do not sign up an another party, even if you represent them in some form. If you are a record company, sign up as a record company and not as a performer that you represent.
2. Keep all comments positive and helpful. Anyone found to leave hurtful or bashing comments will be given one warning and then their account will be terminated. This should be a positive experience for everyone.
3. If you post music or videos, make sure that you own that music and have the right to post it. If it is reported to us that music or videos are posted inappropriately, we will remove it. Repeat offenders will have their account terminated.
4. Please make sure that you sign up under the correct catagory. If you are not sure what catagory to sign up under, please send an email to us with a description of yourself and we will be happy to assist. Send the email to mike(at)musicandfans(dot)com.
5. Content of your page must be free of nudity and profanity. Pictures or videos containing either will be removed. Repeat offenders will have their account terminated.
6. This site is for music fans, musicians and music industry professionals to meet, and work together. We welcome all who have services to offer musicians or assist in musical careers. Use of any account for other purposes will not be tolerated.
